📈Our team helps our esteemed authors to increase the Hirsch index if necessary.
h-index, or the Hirsch index — an indicator of the scientist's influence, team of scientists, scientific institution or scientific journal, based on the number of publications and their citations. The Hirsch index was proposed by an American physicist Jorge Hirsham V 2005 year.

h-the scientist's index is equal to h, if he is the author h publications, each of which has been cited at least h times.
For example, if the scientist is the author 5 publications, 3 of which quoted by 3 times, and others 2 — by 1 once, then his h-the index is equal to 3. If the scientist is the author 5 publications, 1 from which is quoted 100 times, and others 4 — by 1 once, then his h-the index is equal to 1.
To define h-index of a team of scientists or a scientific institution, in the same way, in general, all articles published by scientists are taken into account, that are part of it (and not added to each other h-indexes of individual scientists).
In the scientometric database Google Scholar each scientist can create his own account, add your publications to it, that are available in the database, after which the service automatically, instantly, will calculate h-scientist index. Open profiles of scientists from them h-indices in Google Scholar can be found, using the service search
